    One of the front shocks the rubber boot was twisted and not uniform like the other 3 shocks that I ordered I was wondering if at all possible could I get another boot to replace the twisted crinkled boot

    Got the 5100 for a 2001 2500 hd suburban with 266,000 miles on run like new.
    taking them off and putting on the new ones is a 4 hour job. I remove the auto ride z55 system and the ride better than the 900.00 shocks that I replace about 150,000 miles ago. ONE OWNER CAR ME.
    THEY WORK GREAT !!!

    08 GMC 2500, excellent fitment and fronts came with all new hardware. Arrived in one or two day i dont remember but it was quick. Truck is still getting other upgrades so havent driven it yet. Easy 1 hr upgrade setting on ground level. No lift required. If boots are twisted. Twist it back. Its no deal beaker. They rotate. Mine were not but just an fyi. Best price on www currently. Thanks guys.

    This is my second set of these Bilsteins 5100 for my 05 GMC Duramax, and couldn’t be happier. I tow a 12K lb 5th wheel and these make a dramatic improvement in stability over the stock shocks.
    Even as a daily driver, although they are a bit stiffer than stock, it is a pleasure to drive with the added stability and “bump absorbing” quality when going over poor roads that would normally rattle the inside of the truck. These dampen the rattling quite a bit, and the stability during everyday use and especially when towing is superb.
    Shipping was quick, efficient, and accurate.
    I can’t say anything about customer service, as there were no issues with my order, thank goodness.
    Packaging was good. Thank you guys for an easy and painless transaction.
