Description:

The Rancho RS9000XL 9-position adjustable suspension system is designed to improve performance and handling on both on-road and off-road vehicles such as trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps. This series is globally recognized as the first 9-position manually adjustable ride control series in the off-road market, making it ideal for a wide range of uses including towing. The adjustable damping helps to enhance ride characteristics by counteracting the additional unsprung mass that comes with larger tire and wheel combinations.

This suspension system features a large 2.75-inch tri-tube body for increased fluid capacity and cooler operation, as well as a heavy-duty 18mm Nitro-Carb rod for increased scuffing resistance and corrosion protection. The 9-position tuning technology allows for optimal performance in any environment, and the 9-position adjustment knob provides a clear understanding of the tuning level.

Other key features of the Rancho RS9000XL include gas pressurization of the shock to minimize air-to-oil mixture, a graphite-filled Fluon banded piston for smoother piston travel and greater responsiveness, a 1-1/4-inch diameter sintered iron piston for increased structural conformity, and a rebound bumper to help control rebound motion during harsh driving conditions. The suspension system also has a low-friction, self-lubricating seal to provide an extra layer of defense against dirt and debris, a liquid metallic finish for a premium and long-lasting finish, and a protective boot for added protection of the shock rod and oil seal. The double-welded loops add strength and durability to the system.
