Ordered this package because I was looking for a ride quality improvement for every day life. Received the rear shocks first, install is very simple. As I test drove the vehicle and got out, the left rear is a bit lower than the right rear, with the rear in general being lower than factory for some reason… I thought I may just be seeing stuff so I ignored it. replacing the rear shocks was really my only goal due to the rear end shifting out when hitting bumps and everyone says the factory rears are bad and to replace. I still have the rear end shift out when hitting bumps and I have gotten many comments asking if my rear is lowered. I finally get my front assemblies delivered. The wait was much longer than anticipated but it was fine, I’m not in a hurry. I install the front strut assemblies and go for a test drive… MAJOR STRUT NOISE… I double check everything and find that the pre-assembled struts both have the main shaft nut loose. I tighten them and It was fine but all in all, for $1400 this setup is a waste of money. the rear still shifts and the ride quality is rougher than I would have expected. Also a terrible return/ warranty policy as they charge a restocking fee regardless of the fault and charge for more shipping and whatever else they can squeeze out of you. Poor product and poor business.
