I ordered these for my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500. When ordering I could not figure out why they were $10 more that the exact same set of Bilstein B8 5100’s on your site. I based my purchase on the fact that these were listed for 4×4’s only. When the shocks arrived, I very quickly realized they were not right. The shipping papers state for “Chevy Trailboss.” I knew at that point these were the wrong shocks, as the AT4’s and Trailboss trucks already have the OEM leveling kit and my truck does not. The shocks as appeared much longer than the stock set up. When I tried to make contact with your customer service department the number provided sent me to some dumb recording that provided zero help. Being that there was a limited supply of the correct shocks for my application I purchased them immediately. Through the text message service I was able to get in touch with the returns department. I was not to impressed to learn I would be charged a 15% restocking fee on top of having to pay return shipping. I am glad to see you folks changed the listing on these shocks to reflect AT4 application only in the title rather than hidden below in the notes. My first set of shocks arrived super quick, I have still yet to see my second set arrive. Although the returns process was different than what I would call the normal experience it has been decent to this point. I’m still not happy with being charged a 15% restocking fee based on the fact that these shocks were only listed as AT4 only in the notes section of the description which I had to search for when trying to figure out if these were indeed the wrong shocks. I’m still undecided as to my continued business with your company.
