Our Performance Series 2.0 Coil-Over Snap Ring IFP shock is a bolt-on solution, loaded with a long list of features that set it apart. This includes a new custom-molded spring seat, allowing you to reuse your stock spring and mounting hardware, while providing excellent on- and off-road performance at an affordable price point. The precision, impact-extruded aluminum body is lightweight and rust resistant.
Inside the shock is an internal nitrogen-charged gas reservoir, contained by an internal floating piston (IFP) which separates the charged gas from the shock oil. The IFP eliminates oil from mixing with the nitrogen as is possible with the stock twin tube shocks, allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned precision valving. Three predetermined preload settings allow a choice of 0”, 1” or 2” of lift.
The easy-to-install Performance Series 2.0 Coil-Over Snap Ring IFP provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in even the toughest conditions.

Anthony A Cardinale –
Have a 4″ lift that uses stock ride height front shocks.
Love these Fox shocks, had a leak in one of the stock Ranchos with only 45k miles. Replaced with these Fox 2.0 performance shocks. Did the work myself but no way my spring compressors were strong enough to compress the 2018 Silverado springs, so I had to spend a few bucks to have a local mechanic with a wall mounted spring compressor change them. It might have been easier to get the strut with the springs already on them for a few hundred more. I would probably go that way if doing again. Although I wanted the stock springs for what I suspected would be a cushier ride. And the ride is much better, no bounce. Bear in mind I had a blown shock, so my ride was rough, but at 45k miles, getting rid of those Ranchos and getting these Fox 2.0P did make a significant improvement. These can be set to stock ride height or 1 and 2″ lifts.
