Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and I gotta say…I was extremely disappointed. For paying close to $400, the box that this product arrived in was damaged. It looked like someone else had opened it and repackaged it horribly. On top of that, when my husband opened it and inspected the parts, he noticed that this band was broken. I mean, is that how this business is run? Your company needs to make this right. $400 and this is what he gets for Christmas??!! Absolutely ridiculous.
