    These Shocks were a great upgrade to the stock worn out OEM shocks on my 2003 F150 2WD. These shocks came with new bushings, washers and top nuts. You must reuse the bottom bolts and nuts on the rear shocks. On the front you reuse your bottom nuts. Install was pretty straightforward. Rear you can do completely on the ground. The front you will need a jack just to lift the truck up enough to pull out the front shocks and put the new ones in. Ride is so much better than the originals. For the money these are a great upgrade for stock ride height.
