Shipping was reasonably prompt. Price was reasonable. Product boxes were hammered. It appeared that these had been banged around on the shelf. Missing one top coil mount washer. Cost me a trip to the hardware store. Can’t give a 5 Star rating with products showing up in damaged and taped boxes. The instructions and stickers on the shocks were shredded. I’d have removed the stickers either way. The shipping containers were fine. This is a pre-ship issue. Shocks showed no damage. Installed these today. Got 2 1/8″ lift with the snap ring on maxium setting. Drives nice though firm.

Great shocks. Leveled truck and added lots of ground clearance. Boxes were pretty beat up but everything was still intact.

Ordered these 4wd 5100’s for my 2015 F150 2wd! I was surprised by how much height increase I got! Added a 1.5 block in the rear to level out my truck! Ride quality is amazing, worth every penny! Items were shipped fast and great communication from the staff here…..very satisfied.

The box came with one of the front shocks tearing out of the box. On the plus side ride is great and the adjustment really leveled out the front end. One shock has a scared label but I can live with it.

Great upgrade for the F150. Less body roll in turns. No wallowing and floating on the highway. Wish these came stock on the F150. Big improvement.

Haven’t installed them yet but have bilsteins on all my trucks I know they will be gears and the service was great .

The truck handles so much better it feels like brand new. maybe even better handling. Smoot and firm. Pulled my trailer and it mitigated the bounce quite a lot.

Absolutely love these shocks!! My 2015 f-150 crew cab with extended bed feels like a new truck again! amazing ride! I wanted to keep some rake so I only moved the snap ring up 1 notch. Lifted the truck up approximately 3/4 inch. Job took me 9 hours start to finish including clean up! and I have experience working on trucks…used Dewalt battery powered impacts. I’m up here in Canada so
had lots of clean up with all the rust.. When it’s your truck you take care to make sure everything is perfect at least I do. Shipping here to my front door in Ontario Canada was very fast!! Excellent service from this company and yes I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and I was unsure ordering from out of country. And I save $150 CAD.
