   Very nicely machined blocks, but the u bolts are too narrow to fit around the leaf spring packs. They’ll sort of fit, but because they’re too narrow, the radiuses corners prevent the u bolts from seating correctly. The flat of the center of the u bolt doesn’t rest on the leaf pack. Then, if you torque the nuts to provided spec, the u bolt only goes maybe halfway through the nuts. If you use an impact to go way beyond the provided torque spec, you can get to within a thread or two of the edge of the nut, but certainly not far enough to have a thread or two poking out, as would be “safe”. Support was helpful but r&d wasn’t interested in resolving it beyond offering another set of the same sized bolts.
