Excellent product and excellent service. I received the shocks in two days, installed them, and they have made a huge difference in the way our truck rides. Great job!

Easy to install. Switched from the rancho shocks to the Bilstein 5100’s. Feels like I am in a brand new vehicle!

Horrible warranty process!!
Purchased these due to the good reviews. Unfortunately I had a shock leak 3 months after installing, 1500 miles on them. Truck sat for 3 days which was the only way I was able to see the leak, oil spot in driveway. Truck is stock and maintained with an open checkbook at a local Ford dealership. F-250, does not see any off-road use or heavy hauling.
Apparently the warranty process is to send the damaged shock in to bilstein to be evaluated, 2-4 wks and then at that point they would send a replacement. Also told its likely to denied.
I’m a business owner myself and find this process disappointing and aggravating.
Future shocks will be purchased elsewhere.

Listen I have no plans to jump dunes but I do work land and do have to go off road. That being said the other majority of my driving is on crappy roads in a super duty with bricks for tires at 75 psi. The stock shocks were not doing it and these do. Nothing will make it ride like a luxury sedan even if it’s waste of money ultra high end shocks that average truck owners do not need. This improves ride and steering stability. Do yourself a favor get all five including and very importantly the steering stabilizer. You will be glad you did.
