B8 5100 shock absorbers utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions. All B8 5100 shock absorbers are tuned for each specific application to assure optimal performance is achieved. Surprised by how fast I received these and it was appreciated as I was able to install them this weekend. With 2 days of highway driving and some city I can say they are great shocks. They ride slightly more firm than the icon 2.0 shocks that they replaced (which I prefer) The mounts have 2 good welds each vs the all aluminum mounts on icons so we’ll see how those hold up. Otherwise they are burly and good looking shocks.
