Description

For the rear of the Lexus GX470, we convert to a coil spring which dramatically improves the ride quality and allows for more wheel travel/articulation. The factory airbag suspension system is prone to failing and performs poorly off-road even on the mildest of terrain. The Eibach springs lift it 2″ over stock. This conversion will require longer Bilstein, FOX or King shocks. This upgrade is mandatory for overland and off-road GX builds. Lifting the rear also increases up travel for better bottoming resistance and running a taller tire will also increase needed ground clearance when off-roading.
