Shocks are fine. But the lack of communication and explanation of how this process was going to go is pretty terrible. I order the front and rear shocks. Order goes through take my money . A few days later the rear shocks shows up. No fronts. I text the number, person says the are coming later and coming from a different facility in Denver. I only received 1 tracking code from fedex. I didn’t know that stuff was coming from different places guy tells me to wait 5 to 7 days for my order to arrive. Well that comes and goes and I message again , They will check and let me know. 3 days later I have to reach out again. I finally get the story they don’t have the parts to build the front assembly, And hopefully will ship out next week. Parts shipped on Monday. And they sent me a new order confirmation that shows 2 tracking numbers and states parts come from different locations. They are supposed to be here Saturday we will see. I needed these sooner than later if they would have said it would take 3 weeks to ship because of missing parts, I would have ordered from somewhere else. There are plenty of companies that are proactive with customer service this is not one of those.

Front Springs/shocks didn’t come with a lower spring seat so I fashioned on out of a rubber hose. Old shocks I took off had lower spring seats.

Do the coilovers come with the front strut mount already attached? Or do I need to buy a separate front strut mount for the install??

I recently purchased Bilstein 4600 Assembled Coilovers with OE Replacement Springs and Rear Shocks for 2005-2021 Nissan Frontier from SuspensionLifts. The issue I have is with the front assembled
Coilover struts.
I am extremely disappointed with both the front coilover struts and the customer service. Both
Coilover struts were assembled incorrectly. The top plate orientation is incorrect. I have provided
a description of the problem including pictures via emails. To date SuspensionLifts has been unable to provide a solution to the problem . Communication via email is to slow. I am unable to speak to a live tech. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SuspensionLifts.
