   Correct length shocks wrong bushings when I talk to customer service they claim they are right and that’s how they come after two days of trying to contact them witch is impossible it was all a waste of time now I have a set of useless shocks till I find the correct bushings and sleeves worst customer service and very unhappy with this whole experience

   lets keep it brief… there’s a reason bilsteins cost more than other shocks. The reason is because they’re better than other shocks in just about every way from the bushings to the precise fitting. You get what you pay for. it’s that simple folks.

   Always loved bilstine shocks.
   They perform like I want them. Very responsive.

   Well the shocks looked very nice, that’s about all I can say. Never got a chance to try them out due to the fact that the diameter of the bolt were to small.
   Suspensionlifts.com solution was for them to give $15 credit and I go buy smaller diameter bolts., so I sent them back.
   On top of that they charged me 15% restocking fee, even though it was not a direct fit. I’ll never do business with them again.

   Love Bilstein shocks and these are the right length for my Ram 1500 with a 4″ lift but they do not fit as advertised. The bushings and sleeves are too small and narrow.
