Way better than the factory shocks. Ride is better. Just overall everything is nicer and much cleaner looking. Shipping came out of my area so I got my order in one day.

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 eco diesel with 4wd. I looked at my shock and looked at the picture you have and something is up. The top of my shock has a straight end and the picture has bolt through connections at both ends. Am I missing something? It says it will fit my truck.

Absolutely awful experience, was sent the wrong shocks. I ordered one Pair of Bilstein B8 5100 Rear Shocks for my 2021 Ram 1500 and they sent ne front a ND rear shocks for a Toyota Tacoma !.
I showed them the mistake and the I voiced that showed all the Tacoma Shock and ZERO Ram shocks, and they still wanted photos. I asked them why did they still need photos when I just showed them sell the paperwork and told them ny garage that they were in were not near Mt apartment and I would have to do it the next day and I could not afford to waste one more day becaue I had to go to. I for the Holidays and they wrote me back said ” sorry and have a nice day” ! Unbelievable! I rhen went down and got the photos and sent them and gave not heard back from them.
The only way you can talk to them is via text or email and they work Momday through Friday and could care less about the mistakes that THEY made and have ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. Unbelievable.

Picture are all that need to be said. 4 months old and less than a 1000 miles of highway. Good luck dealing with Bilstein, look elsewhere, this product sucks along with their warranty! They must be sent back to see if there is a defect, ya think! Until then you can buy another shock ,plus shipping and tie up your money until they get to it and more thank likely ( SL’s words here not mine) ” they will probably decline it anyways more times than not”.

The shock is installed upsidedown

I have a Ram 1500 with the factory Off-Road package. These rear Bilstein shocks need to have a 1-inch spacer added to go along with the max 2-inch height adjustment on the front 5100 struts. Otherwise, the truck has a slightly squatted stance,
Front struts gave enough clearance to ride on 275/65R20 tires that are just a bit over 34″ diameter. The only rubbing was due to some aftermarket mud flaps that were easy to trim.

Easy install and smooth drive.
