Product Description

Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorbers are designed for trucks and SUVs with a front OE coilover style suspension. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the body allow for different spring seat positions, providing 0-2.75 inches of front lift with OE springs (depending on application). The monotube shock absorbers feature a 46mm digressive piston a with self-adjusting deflective disc valve setting.  Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorbers provide increased wheel travel and improved handling. Utilizing a B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorber is the easiest way to level out your vehicle.

    These are just right to improve handling- a bit firmer than stock but worth the trade-off. I raised the front an inch to lessen the rake.

    Have only had them on for 1 day but they are as described. Easy to setup and install. Give the truck a pretty even level and respond well to the road. No more soft front end. You will feel a little more road but I definitely prefer how the truck responds now! Plus, you can’t beat the price!

    Was notified by bilsteinlifts.com that these were back in stock. I was able to order them the next morning and had them in 3 days. Installed on 2019 Rebel without the use of the Bilstein spring seat adaptor. The Rebel has one already made in to the spring housing. Achieved 1.8″ lift on setting 5.
    I am enjoying these more than the last 3 top puck style leveling kits that I used on other trucks. Yes, a firmer ride, but not like the puck kits that mount on top of the strut.

    If you have a Rebel or Ram with ORP springs, this is the best way to level the truck.

    I think the product might be good but these guys are selling old parts. My 2021 Ram 1500 was supposed to get the new part number (what I ordered) but I was sent the old one. The old part does not come with the new spring seat and the correct top nut. I only figured this out after paying a shop the $400 in labor to do the install so im out money even if they take the return. Go direct to Bilstein and save yourself the hassle.

    Simple way to level or lift your truck. I went to the 4th notch for fear of 5 getting me too nose high and leaving my rear sagging after a few hundred pounds was added into the bed. To keep rake for loads I added a 1″ rear coil spacer. Love the added height and stance.

    Best way to level your RAM with the off road package. Spent a lot of time looking for a solution. Put my truck on setting 4 to leave a 3/4” of rake. Very pleased with the results!

    I added a pair of the leveling shocks on the front of my new 2022 Ram 1500, to get rid of the factory rake. I have used Bilsteins in the past and was always happy. They leveled out my truck and ride as good or better than the factory shocks. The customer service was great and I’m a happy camper.
