Bilstein B8 5160 remote reservoir shock absorbers are designed as a direct fit solution for lifted trucks and SUV’s. The remote reservoir will offer increased cooling capacity and wheel travel to optimize overall performance compared to a traditional shock absorber. These shock absorbers feature a monotube design for consistent fade free performance and utilize velocity sensitive digressive valve settings which are tuned for each specific application. Each shock absorber is fitted with a unique 360 degree swivel banjo hose fitting, providing a clean, low profile installation. B8 5160 remote reservoir shock absorbers will increase overall durability of your vehicle allowing you to conquer the harshest of off-road environments.

Boxes arrived very well packed and in good condition. Installation took me about 3 hours and went very smoothly. The truck rides considerably better than on the 5100’s I had in the truck before.

I purchased this kit for my 2023 Ram 2500 Cummins.
Since Suspension Lift ships items from different warehouses, I received the front leveling kit within two days of my initial order and the rear shocks within four days. Everything arrived on time, without any issues or damage.
I had a shop install the kit along with an adjustable track bar, which Bilstein recommends for this leveling kit. All the parts were a perfect fit, making the installation as simple as replacing the OEM components. The Bilstein parts are noticeably higher quality than the OEM ones, and the truck now sits perfectly level.
The ride quality has improved significantly. Vertical bounce, body roll, and chassis vibration have all been noticeably reduced. These shocks provide a firm but controlled ride, minimizing road movement and vibration compared to the OEM shocks, which allowed much more of it to be felt in the cabin.
After extensive research, I found this kit to be one of the best values for the money. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it.
