Amazing customer service. These guys went to great lengths to accommodate me, and on top of it they had the best price, and extremely quick shipping.

Excellent fit and early performance… Note that the front top bushings didn’t seem to be included, perhaps due to the damper fitting multiple applications? Anyhow, it doesn’t detract from these being excellent.

I was pretty skeptical at first, the price was better than any iv seen elsewhere and I had never heard of this site. I’m so glad I got them from this site, they took 1 day to ship and were in great brand new condition. my 4Runner has been riding smooth ever since.

I installed these with new oe springs on my 99 4Runner. Between the springs and shocks/struts both the front and rear sit a couple inches higher than before. The ride is 10x better than it was before. Especially in the rear since I’m not hitting the bump stops all the time now.

I went from the oem shocks with 205k miles to a set of new Bilstein 4600s. Was it better? Well, if should be better since the originals were 18 years old.
Otherwise, the ride quality is good. Initially it was a bit harsh. But after replacing the ball joints and control arms, everything started to feel better. Now, after a 5k mile roadtrip from California to Wyoming and then multiple trips to LA and Tahoe the 4Runner is starting to feel really good.
If I had the choice to do it again, I might go for the 5100 series. But I am pleased.

Overall the product is great. The dampening quality is a great improvement over the previous aftermarket struts. The major disappointment is that the front struts do not contain any cushions or retainers (C&Rs) while the rear struts do come with accompanying C&Rs. The absent C&Rs for the front is why I gave this kit 4 of 5 stars which is a review of Bilstein and not this dealer. Bilstein supplies C&Rs within the original rear strut packaging. Just seems absurd there’s no C&Rs for the front.
My suggestion is to buy new C&Rs for the front at the same time you buy this set.
