You keep raising your pricing. This is ridiculous. It was $1,099 then went to $1,179, now it up to $1,299?! No thank you. Not worth the price since you have to pay for labor install and UCA’s and rear springs as well. I’m not paying $3k for an average lift.

Sorry, cost of our shipping and parts keeps increasing 🙁

Went for the upgrade strut coilover &
Shocks & coil springs.
What a difference greatly reduced body roll , pitching on uneven or off camber surfaces. Far less nosing down coming to stop. Can’t wait to finish upgrading with bilstein B8 upper control arms.

After running a set of FOX 2.5 DSC (front) and 2.0 DC (rear) for some time, I was due for a rebuild. Those shocks were good, but gave me a lot of head aches. Hard to turn nobs, I couldn’t go lower than 3″ of lift, and if was hard to figure out the correct balance every time.
So I decided to go back to Bilstein, this time for this 6112/5160. I had ran a set of 5100 before and I knew I wanted an upgrade from that, but I didn’t want to run adjusters and more reservoirs up front.
So happy with this decision. This kit, for the money is beyond worth it. Truck once again has a consistent, balanced and predictable ride. Is flat. Like it maintains stability no matter the road and speed. The OE style top hat up front reduced some of the vibrations. The rears are so soft. And the install was pretty straight forward. I also prefer the 5160 mount for the reservoir, over the c-clamp on the FOX I had. Those use to sometimes move and rub on the frame. These Bisltein are FIXED in place and go nowhere. Plus the rear shocks came with a boot to protect the shaft. Personally, I prefer the simplicity of not having to mess with speed adjusters anymore. Let Bilstein do the tuning for my truck from the factory. Never leaves me wondering if what I am feeling on the truck is my fault for throwing things out of balance. Lets me focus on other things.
I also got a set of 1.5″ rear Bilstein Springs (standard load) that replaced a pair of Dobinsons. Plus I got the Bisltien UCA up front. This whole combo has been great. Big fan of letting Biltein’s engineers do all the tuning for me, and just get the whole bundle and lfit my truck and keep it nice and balanced. Highly recommend this kit.

I got the 6112 and 5160’s with stock load front springs set to 1.9″ lift and the bilstein 1″ lift rear springs.
I installed with stock UCA it’s close at full droop to touching the springs but doesn’t.
After installing my 4runner is .5″ higher in the rear. Time will tell how it settles.
I was very concerned about how the ride was going to be as I mostly street drive its hard to gauge review opinions of ride quality.
I am really happy with the suspension.
It rides maybe slightly firmer on some rare road conditions
But still has that little bit of float feeling on the highway, comfortable. However it is stable over bumps while turning, the squat and dive is perfect and very little side to side roll.
It’s how it should have been from the factory.
No more trying to be easy on the gas and the brakes so your passengers don’t feel like they are in a see saw.
