    Shocks are fine. Was surprised and irritated they did not come with any instructions nor did they come with any new hardware. Had to do some digging on the internet to figure out which way was right side up. Also, I’ve bought a lot of shocks over the years and have never seen a set that didn’t come with new nuts, bolts, washers, cotter pins, etc. Pretty bush league stuff if you ask me. I’ll go with Rancho next time.

    Shocks are as advertised and installed on my 1982 FJ40 without problems. Did have an issue with my bank(B of A) charging a Foreign Service Fee since the Bilsteinlifts.com merchant processor is in Canada. Contacted Bilsteinlifts.com and they refunded me the Foreign Service Fee. Great customer service.
