Shocks are fine – standard Bilstein quality. Very disappointed in packaging and arrival condition. Shock boxes were taped together with no additional protection. One shock was missing entirely; installation kits were missing or opened/incomplete. Now waiting on a replacement shock from the retailer and installation kits from the manufacturer. What should have taken 3 days to get and been a weekend project has now become several days of waiting for two different sources to send what I should have received originally. Shocks should have been placed in a more durable box with protection. Not sure what else should have been expected with this inadequate packaging.
