    Shocks seem dead truck actually sits lower now than it did with the old wore out shock.
    When I contacted customer service they told me to watch a video and that other customers liked the shock
    [tech response: shocks can’t sit lower or higher or in the middle. These are HYDRAULIC shocks, purpose of the shock is to dampen the movement of the spring that makes the car sit lower or higher]
