Sorry I can’t give a better review, but I need the new shocks and have them installed before I can leave any better review. FedEx delivered one box to me from Bilstein this past Friday, which was supposed to contain 2 shocks for my T100 truck. Immediately noticed that the box was very light. Upon opening it I found it was empty other than some packing paper. Examining the box I could see that one end had been opened and resealed with different packing tape. Obviously my shocks had been stolen somewhere along the way. I’ve filed a claim with Bilstein who is filing a claim with FedEx. Bilstein says once FedEx accepts the claim they can ship a replacement. How long should this take? Reading some of the comments here I seem not to be the only one getting ripped off. I really hope Bilstein does the right thing and get my shocks shipped to me.
