  1. Jimmy

I bought the 881s springs and they ride great.

  2. Nick Spitzkopf

The ride is fine (much stiffer than stock) and the little lift is nice (1 to 1 1/2 inches) just what I was looking for. The only problem I had was fitting the spring compressor tool inside the coil. It’s was very tight due to the thick springs and them being close together. Made installing them a big chore, but all is good now.

Bought the 881 for my 02 tacoma prerunner v6, best investment I’ve made so far. Ride is more stiff. I dont mind it but just for someone who is wanting to buy and dont like stiff rides.

  4. Nizar Monzer

Worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life. They sent me the wrong coils which caused my CV axle to bust. I can’t drive my truck as it’s unsafe to do so. I bought the kit from them 4 coils & 4 shocks. They told me I’ll have 2″ both front & rear. I ended up with over 3″ lift in the front in the lowest settings and not leveled. Customer service is rude & unresponsive. They never take any calls, you never know the person is responding to emails as they don’t leave their names in the email. The project cost me over $2000 and can’t drive my daily driver truck.

I purchases the 2883 coils to replace my stock coils that I’d be running on the highest setting on Bilstein 5100 shocks. I have a 2003 Tacoma 4×4 with the added weight of an ARB bumper with a winch on the front.

I installed the 2883 no the 5100’s lowest setting, and I’m amazed at the difference. No problem clearing my new 285/70/16 tires. Everything went from gushy soft to feeling solid. My only regret is that I didn’t put these on sooner to replace my 18 year old springs.

  6. Joel

Bought the 880 springs and bilstein 5100 for my 2004 prerunner v6 double cab Tacoma. The factory suspension was more than worn out so it made a huge difference in ride quality and height. After an alignment and settling, it sits at 1.75 inches higher than before (34 3/8 before to 36 1/8 after). Now I wish I had gone with the 881 to get more lift. The rear suspension is still factory so it sits almost 1/2 high in the front but when I eventually replace the rear leaf springs it will gain a factory rake again.

I did this setup on my 2001 4runner SR5 4X2 with Bilstien 5100s match to OME 2880s upfront shock set to second notch level , and the rear got 5160 BilStiens with Reservoir match to OME 2891s in the rear to a complete level out of 2 1/2 inches all around. My vehicle doesn’t go off road strictly On Road and make sure your tires and rims are balanced for a smooth ride with no shimi at the steering column.

  8. Joseph

Put the 2881 on my 1997 single cab 4×4 with pumper and 12000lb winch. Rides like a new one and sit great.
