Installed this kit on my 2014 Tacoma Double Cab 4×4 on 10/28/15. Everything worked great. No fabrication needed. All bolted right in. Need to give yourself about two days to install if you are a home DIY guy. Great ride on both on and off road.

I’ve had this kit on my Taco for 3 months and the ride feels so much better. The best kit that they can offer, period. Seem’s a little sketch to give this company almost $4k but they delivered and were completely honest about what they advertised. I’ve gotten a lot of head turns and compliments on how good my rig looks.
One word of advice though. If you plan to put 33s on using this kit, you will NEED to do a cab mount chop and also trim some quarter panel + plastic.

Giving 4 stars just because I haven’t been able to adjust the front coilovers yet… one of the rear shocks shipped from a separate warehouse and is arriving today. This was a super easy install — I am impressed so far. I found a nifty install video from Total Chaos which walked me through everything. I had zero issues here.

The customer service was one of the best I’ve dealt with, also the kit is just what I was looking for

Customer service set the bar for the industry, very professional, great communication, very accommodating. Kit was shipped very quickly, just as described, well packaged, and looks sexy as hell. Installed: ride is much more smooth then bilstein from 16 TRD Off Road, bump compliance is wicked, easy adjust (just takes a little time to dial in just right). Takes woops and crawls very well. Can’t recommend the company and kit enough!

Lift kit is complete. Instructions are easy to follow. Do yourself a favor and research online to familiarize yourself with the install. The install takes a good couple of days with common garage tools. Jack and jack stands should be good enough. The lift height is exactly 3” on a TRD off road when front coil over preload is correct. The rear is a bit more sensitive to weight loaded. The add a leaf along with the shocks will maintain a one inch rake. Only reason I didn’t give this kit a five star rating is that the Fox 2.5 fully adjustable front and 2.0 low speed adjustable rear need a re-valve for the weight of the stock 2019 TRD off-road I have. So the ride quality is harsh, too stiff! The rear shocks actually have more shaft pressure so they increase the spring rate in the rear. This make the rear buck and is unpleasant to go over speed bumps or drop offs. The ride on the freeway is sporty and handles well but bumpy like driving a one ton truck. Fox offers a re tune of the shocks for $35 each shock but have to ship and is not easy to do. It would be much better if you would be made aware of an option to have the shocks tuned before installation.

Shocks leaked as soon as they were installed. Not satisfied at all and would not recommend. Front has settled and everything rubs so needs adjusted making it rougher riding. Will never buy fox shocks again toytec is way better.

Installed on my 2012 Tacoma. Easy install you will need a full day BUT…carrying a few cans of fuel and a spare tire in the bed, I blew one of the seals in the rear shock (not reservoir) and its HELL getting anyone to replace or warrant a 5 month old purchase. Fox doesn’t answer or return calls when you leave VM and no response to emails with original purchase receipt and photos of oil leak from the top of shock.

Blew out the rear shock on my first overlanding trip. Evrything else held up fine so I’m hoping it’s just a one off.

I would never buy this Kit!! Or anything fox. I sent the leaking rear shock back twice and the last time they double the price of the rebuild from what they quoted me after i already shipped it back. The front end dropped a bit and rubs all over and i am replacing the rear springs. A waste of money.
