I thought I was going crazy when looking at my truck. Always seemed to be leaning to the drivers side. Pulled out the measuring tape and sure enough, even after a 2 inch lift with springs and struts, it still sat 1/2 inch lower on that side. This spacer did the trick.
Install is a bit involved, needing to disconnect strut at top and bottom to lower enough to set spacer on top. But only takes 30 mins or so if you are familiar with doing this.
