Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 9-leaf and 10-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.
Other designs features include full military-wrapped spring eyes for superior durability, diamond cut inner leaf ends minimizing shear points and anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation.
Combined with properly valved shock absorbers, the ride is enhanced beyond belief.

All the parts were delivered as described. Haven’t had a real chance to test these out as I just installed them yesterday, but for me, it’s more what I didn’t notice on my test drive than what I did notice. My 2015 Tacoma was still riding their original leaf springs which had become very worn out after 165k miles. The frame was essentially resting on my sumo springs bump stops, so every bump in the road I felt. After much research I decided on the Deaver Expeditions Stage 1. I have a fiberglass area topper on my truck and a thule roof topper on top of that, so I am probably carrying consistently 150-180 pounds in my bed. With the purchase of new U Bolts and bushings, the reinstall of the new springs was relatively simple. I would recommend having a friend help if you are planning on doing this work on your own–would be very difficult for one person to accomplish. After reinstall, my ride height in the rear was probably 2.5 inches over the sumo springs bump stops, so I gained between 2-3 inches of lift in the rear. Everything feels solid, and now when I hit bumps or potholes in the road, I don’t get that shock to the back I was getting before. Very satisfied with the springs and suspension lifts kept great communication along the way with the shipping process of my order.

I don’t know why I waited to install these the truck sits great now and is able to hold weight without sagging !
