   Paid for assembly through the website, unfortunately the top hats came improperly aligned from the warehouse, so had to purchase a coil compressor to adjust top hats for installation. Overall, love the improvement to the ride, not thrilled with paying $149 for assembly and having to fork out an additional $40 to correct the assembly.

     We apologize for inconvenience. We do align them better now, but in case if you need them aligned it is done very quick and easy by mounting the top and putting a screwdriver through a bottom hole of the shock mount and twisting it with your hands.

   Top plates came misaligned and I thought I could get them in….Nope. Spent hours fighting with them. Reached out to customer service, they sent me a video of how to rotate the shock so it would sit properly with the
   Top plate “side out” aligned. Got
   Them in… kind of pissed they got a video about this… just send them out alighted properly.
