Please do NOT make the mistake i did. These strut assemblies, from Rancho, are NOT MADE to support the suspension weight of the Crewmax cab. Please go to Rancho, review the “Notes” will say “without CrewMax” meaning, are not made for the crewmax.
My dealership, made this mistake, not checking the specs, installed them, only to find my front suspension dropped, 1.5 inches and was only 1 inch above 22 inch spec height. Should have been 24.25 inches from center hub to fender well edge. Stock for 2014-2018 Tundras is 22 inches. Using toyota stock strut and coil spring. I called Rancho directly, when noticing mine were not performing right, Rancho then asked, what toyota body are these on? I said, Limited Crewmax, they were like.. who put these on? I said dealership, they asked how long have they been installed? I said, 1 year. Rancho said they are not made for the crewmax, the coil rating is only for extended cab [which is why the selection on the Rancho website, only allows extended cab] and to immediately drive to dealership, and have them call them, to resolve removing the strut assembly off my the truck as im lucky they have not failed yet.
