Overview
ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2007 – Current Toyota Tundra 1.5″ lift Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack. Unlike traditional “add-a-leafs” that obtain lift height at the cost of stiffening spring rate and sacrificing ride quality. This new approach, full length Toyota Tundra leaf spring expansion pack, replaces all the factory secondary leafs while retaining the factory main and overload springs. This allows us to modify the spring rate to increase ride comfort, obtain lift height, maintain load and towing capacities, and increase wheel travel. By retaining the factory main leaf installation is a snap.

Vastly improved ride! They made my 2016 Toyota Tundra with a 3” leveling kit sit almost level, just a little bit of rake up in the rear. The kit was easy to install and I have already recommended to friends.

Installed on 2019 Toyota Tundra. Was part of the 6112/5160 kit and was level out of the box with a great addition for an improved ride and much better response to rough road conditions plus off road use.

Installed on 2015 tundra trd pro crewmax. Great upgrade to replace the factory broken spring toyota notorious for. A detailed video would be extremely helpful for the installation that’s my only complaint. Took the sag out of the back of the truck and leveled it out perfectly. Hopefully won’t squat as much when the camper is hooked to it. So far so good!

Perfect addition to the new set up that I have for my 2012 tundra. Bilstein 6112 fronts set at recommended max height and 5160 rears, on 20 inch TSS wheels/ 275/55r20. Truck rakes just a tad lower to the front. Levels out beautifully when fully loaded with an 29 foot enclosed with vehicle inside. Setup is perfect for a leveled tow rig, ride quality actually is better than oem, even with my stock suspension being in great shape. Highly recommend this setup to anyone who does light offroading and a lot more highway driving to towing.

Fitment was perfect ended up with just about 1.5 inches of lift when measuring to the fender. Had gotten this kit to replace broken center spring on 2016 tundra leaf spring. Truck has a beautiful stances now when’s up 2 in the front and 1.5 in the back… I also like how you can add into this kit if your trying to achieve a bigger lift definitely would recommend and use this kit again. Great kit at a great price. Instructions on Icon’s site are seriously lacking for someone like me who’s never done this before. Leave the top leaf spring in, take out the bottom ones; that’s all they had to say to prevent me from doing something stupid.

The same day I ordered this item I ordered Bilstein 6112s and 5160s. I received only the 5160s and leafpack. It has now been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive the Bilstein 6112 coilovers ordered. Don’t expect to install multiple parts from suspensionlifts.com in the same month. I’m active duty US Army changing duty stations next week and am not sure if I will ever receive my order or have been ripped off by this company!
