Front Description:
Designed for the serious off-road adventure seeker, the all new BILSTEIN 6112 Series Kit is the ultimate suspension solution. The 6112 Series optimizes off-road and on-road capabilities with a 60mm digressive piston for increased damping control. This kit features specially designed cold wound springs and an adjustable spring seat which allows for vehicle leveling, larger tires, and increased ground clearance. The kit comes with (2) 60mm shocks (2) springs and (2) billet spring seats. The 6112 is a direct bolt on application for late model half-ton trucks and SUVs which utilize a factory coilover suspension. The 6112 kit is for front applications and reuses the OEM top mount and spring isolators. To maximize performance, Bilstein recommends a 5160 Series remote reservoir shock for the rear

Bilstein B8 5160 remote reservoir shock absorbers are direct-fit to each specific vehicle application, avoiding the fabrication generally associated with being able to run a high performance reservoir shock. The monotube shocks feature a 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving. Benefits of the reservoir include increased cooling capacity and increased shock travel.

I have not completed the installation yet and will finish the review once I do. I put the 6112s together without any issues and installed the 5160s without any problems. Have noticed a little better cornering for the rear but not significant.
I am giving 5 Stars based on the customer service at this organization. Priced marched, excellent response time (within hours not days), and got the correct product with no damage.

look really cool. didn’t change the ride much but I can go over speed bumps as fast as I want to now. took 2 hrs for each front and 1 hr for each back to replace, or about 1k in labor when you factor in alignment.

Love this product but that could be because of the great customer service I received when deciding on the items I needed for my 2018 Tundra.

Fantastic performance on the 2017 Tundra with 6112’s (raised to highest setting) on the front and 5160s on the rear. Comfortable on rode and capable off road. Paired with Method 17″ NV 305’s and Toyo Open Country AT’s. Perfect for our Colorado lifestyle. 10 out of 10.

This company is what makes this review 5 stars. Customer service is great. The kit showed up in a few days, and will be installed this weekend. I’m sure it will be just fine.

First time buying Bilstein, had 6112’s put on front 3 days later top of reservoir came unsealed and leaked all fluid out. No Bueno

Massive improvement over factory suspension. Set up second from highest on coil overs with one inch shackle lift in back. Truck corners flatter on and off road. I spend about half the time driving on dirt roads and forestry roads and there is a huge improvement both at high speed and crawling over more technical sections. Zero short Comings slightly higher center of gravity hasn’t been detrimental to highway driving/cornering at all. Still running factory size tire, will upgrade to slightly larger when they are spent. It’s been two months, nothing bad to say.
