Front Description:
Designed for the serious off-road adventure seeker, the all new BILSTEIN 6112 Series Kit is the ultimate suspension solution. The 6112 Series optimizes off-road and on-road capabilities with a 60mm digressive piston for increased damping control. This kit features specially designed cold wound springs and an adjustable spring seat which allows for vehicle leveling, larger tires, and increased ground clearance. The kit comes with (2) 60mm shocks (2) springs and (2) billet spring seats. The 6112 is a direct bolt on application for late model half-ton trucks and SUVs which utilize a factory coilover suspension. The 6112 kit is for front applications and reuses the OEM top mount and spring isolators. To maximize performance, Bilstein recommends a 5160 Series remote reservoir shock for the rear
Coilovers have a 650 lbs/in. springs.
Rear:
Collapsed Length (IN): 15.22
Extended Length (IN): 25.69
Bilstein B8 5160 remote reservoir shock absorbers are direct-fit to each specific vehicle application, avoiding the fabrication generally associated with being able to run a high performance reservoir shock. The monotube shocks feature a 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving. Benefits of the reservoir include increased cooling capacity and increased shock travel.

The parts arrived separately which delayed install by a few days. This was noted on my order so I wasn’t surprised. During install on my 2012 crewmax, the 5160’s went in very well. However, the 6112’s appear to be turned 90 degrees in the wrong direction and will not fit. This is unnecessarily disappointing and will create further cost and time delay.

I’ve been running this setup on my ’08 tundra for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. I’ve had two 4runners with 5100 coilovers and I was very happy with them, but these 6112’s are way better than the 5100’s. The rear 5160’s with remote reservoirs also solved the common tundra rear bounce on the highway. The ride is extremely smooth and I get compliments on the ride whenever friends ride in it with me. I’m buying the 6112’s again now for my wife’s sequoia.

Great condition! Only issue was that one of the spacers was missing. Otherwise, I’m happy with my purchase

Ordered this setup on 6/19 with overnight and was immediately informed they can’t be shipped overnight due to needing to be assembled. I let them know I can do it at my shop so they sent them out. I received them on 6/20 at 11am with everything I need. They communicated effectively and to my surprise immediately via text. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. We do a ton of mountain bike shuttling and tow our camper all over to race so I will 110% be recommending Suspension Lifts to everyone in that community as well as all my customers at Flat 4 Automotive here in Olympia Washington. Thank you so much!!! Awesome company.

Great suspension kit It arrived super quick I had the kit installed by my mechanic it took them 3 hours to to install and do an alignment. Super happy with the ride better than stock Looking forward to upgrading my tires I highly recommend this kit A1 German technology

Fantastic shocks. I was looking to replace my worn out shocks on my tundra and wanted something a bit taller to provide a good balance between on and off road driving. These fit the bill nicely. Great on road ride and still firm enough for off road use when needed.

After my Toytec 3″ strut snapped, I was in need of another lift kit and was happy to see that Bilstein had a set-up that would work for my truck. This kit did lower my lift by .5″, but once we pulled the shocks out of the box you could tell that this product was of a much higher quality than what I had been running. Although not recommended for this Bilstein lift, I had two additional leaf springs installed from the prior kit which we left in place and was still able to level the truck out nicely.
