4 stars for ease of install, cost, and first impressions. Have not driven them enough yet to form an overall opinion. These replaced 5100s that were leaking … not enough to leave spots on the floor, but enough that both of them were completely covered in dirt/dust/gunk (still working fine though). According to Bilstein this is ‘normal’ … but I sure hope these new units don’t leak. Time will tell.
Will also add that these increase wheel travel and in conjunction with the Toytec shackles, I’m wondering if I’ll have issues with the leafs contacting the TRD exhaust (I have a few inches of clearance between the leafs and exhaust when the truck is sitting level). Will have to find some places to test this articulation and see if there are issues.

Ride quality has improved over worn stock Tundra shocks.
Too many reviews stating rusting in short time. More rust resistant finish may be warranted. Time will tell. Also warranty should be very explicit from and cover any and all leaks at 100% replacement cost to original purchaser. Very nice fit and aesthetics and overall design. Should include a better quality reservoir clamping system for installation.
